My name is Trevor Murray and I'd like to Welcome you to my very first webpage. I am originally from Port Franks Ontario and came to Vancouver B.C. in 1994. Sine 1994, I have come to know the community on the downtown eastside of Vancouver, Canada, as my true home. I have personally risen above many adversities and misfortunes in my life and have come to rely on my art as an essential practice in healing and moving forward. Art has been a very essential journey for me and through my paintings and drawings I am able to express many facets of my personality . Currently I am creating my project for the Vancouver Small Arts Grants for whom I am a recipient for June 2016. My proposal  will be creating a garden sundial for the East Hastings Folk Garden in Vancouver B.C. There will be a public reveal gathering at the end of June(exact date to be announced later). Refreshments and or foods and treats will be provided.
